SUMMARY: The goal of these scoping meetings is to allow the public to comment on the options and to provide alternative options not yet considered by the Council and NMFS, on federal permits to harvest queen snapper and cardinal snapper (Snapper Unit 2) from Puerto Rico EEZ waters
